First things first: don't be expecting a spoof of the X Files here. Digital Sins' latest film plays it straight as an arrow and the end result is very impressive. Writer/ director Sam Hain and his production crew have nailed the "look" of the original series and the two lead performances from Anthony Rosano and Kimberly Kane are among the very best of the year. Both are not just content with delivering their lines impressively, there is also an emphasis on the same mannerisms as the original Mulder and Scully. The story sees the duo sent to Los Angeles to investigate a serial killer who rips peoples throats out during sex and leaves the victims with satanic verses carved into their bodies. A creepy cult leader becomes the prime suspect, but the real killer turns out to be demonic succubus Lilith (played by the very lovely Ashlynn Brooke, looking even lovelier with dyed black hair). There are a few moments when the sexual tension between Mulder and Scully bubbles up, like when he agonises over going into her hotel room to ask her about dinner: when he does walk in, she steps out of the bathroom butt naked and they give each other a long look. This tension finally makes way at the end of the film, and it is certainly a very hot, erotic scene, expecially given Kimberly Kane's uncanny resemblance to Dana Scully. The other top sex scene is the gothy three-way between Evan Stone, Audrey Bitoni and Ashlynn Brooke that ends badly for Evan and Audrey.

Taking it's inspiration from the many gory horror films of the 80's and adding some irony just like the 90's horror films, Camp Cuddly Pines is the perfect XXX hybrid. The most direct inspiration is the Friday 13th series, but other references include The Ring, Driller Killer, Texas Chainsaw Massacre, I Know What You Did Last Summer and Scream. Films like Camp Cuddly Pines live or die by the script and acting and thankfully both are in good working order. Voodoo's expressions of fear and his attempts at rationalisation are fucking funny. Randy Spears plays the local hick sheriff who we first see chastising a young babe, "Do you understand the seriousness of jaywalking?", Randy asks of her even though they are on a dirt track in the middle of nowhere. After their van breaks down in the woods, Voodoo offers sage advice to his gang, "As captain of the school badminton team I think the safest option in these circumstances is to split up and look for help." Tommy Gunn meanwhile runs into a ghostly Indian squaw who warns him of impending danger before eyeing him up and saying, "It's been a long time since forked tongue of white man has been up my ass." This film deserves all the awards it got. If you can mix horror, gore, humour and hardcore sex so effectively in a film then you've done a very good job and full praise for all those involved in making this, especially Stormy and Jonathan Morgan for scriptwriting and directorial duties. Daughter Jessica carries on the good work 20 years later and has the sarcophagus shipped over to her lab in LA where the Egyptian Queen escapes (after seducing and life sucking a security guard) into the seedy nightlife of LA searching for the reincarnation of her beheaded lover from ancient times. Needless to say, Jessica and Kaylani learn some surprising and sexy truths about each other along the way.

The idea's that have come from the imaginations of Sagemonn and Karynna (the creators + husband & wife) are astounding and very original. The DVD starts with about 15 short stories and then moves into still imagery that is zoomed in and out of to create the appearance of movement. It may seem odd at first seeing a beautiful lady being fucked by a robot, but by the time you get to the Night Crawlers story in which 2 female Devlins chase a strange looking male through a dark forest only to pleasure him senseless and then watch as their charms and his cum turn him into another tree, at this stage you are long past worrying about strange and more interested in the next amazing story of erotica. Things get really out of hand when she goes to a tattoo parlour (more flashing occurs) and she goes out with the tattoist on a date at a fair. The relationship gets a bit nasty, but she is rescued by a biker and embarks on the most tender relationship in the film until the guy gets arrested for beating up a photographer. Eden is currently breaking sales records for its production company and after having just watched it I now know why. This is one of the best couples adult films ever. Eden is a hypnotic mix of beautiful scenery, beautiful people, a cool story, an awesome soundtrack and perfect paradise sex. The story is about societies richest and most glamorous people getting the chance to stay in a remote paradise island run by a rather mysterious chap called Mr Xavier who is assisted by his all action guide played by Evan Stone. The arrivals on the island are an interesting bunch - a lesbian movie star, a 19 year old widowed Texan oil billionairess, a high flying businessman, an action junkie to name but a few. They are there to let their hair down and of course inhibitions are soon let go. There are a great many sex scenes throughout the long running time and they take place in all the classic places - on yachts, the beach, bedrooms, up against trees and anywhere else a good spot can be found outdoors. It's good sex too, with genuine chemistry and a sense of enjoyment and willingness to get each other off: just witness the scene where Bree Olson gets shagged by Tommy Gunn and Jean Val Jean where both guys are intent on making her orgasm and the light changes from early afternoon to early evening, giving the impression that they have been pleasuring her for hours. The odd hint pops up that the east side of the island is to be avoided at all costs and this becomes clear right at the end with a great surprise. There's even a CGI shark attack moment that works well and results in Ava Rose shagging her saviour Evan Stone for all she’s worth.
This is great stuff, a near perfect couples film made with a lot of skill and love by Daniel Dakota and would be an essential part of any adult collection.

When I saw the cover for Babysitters and the sterling cast in it, I thought this looks good. I was wrong, it was better than that, THIS IS FUCKING BRILLIANT! The way each scene is made is so damn erotic and the performances are sexiness personified. Everything looks so good but it's not at the sacrifice of a sense of warmth to the chararcters because everyone plays their role to such perfection. The action is probably a little harder than you might think but I doubt that's a bad thing! The King enjoys a victory party with his men and soon the serving wenches find out just how good these swordsmen are in a brilliant orgy that has lots of DP’s and up close facials.
